About Us:
We pride ourselves on riding the line between casual and hard-core.  We understand that people have real lives to deal with and most of us have jobs and/or families that fill our non-WoW hours quite full.  However, we also share a passion for the game and work hard to help each other prepare for and progress through the end-game.  Above all we want to have fun, but we also want to see as much content as possible.

Our Schedule:
We have members across many time zones, but tend to schedule the most raids Mon - Thu beginning around 6:30 - 7PM game time and running until 9:30-10PM game time.  We also have optional events scheduled on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays when enough people are online and available.  We are currently focused on 25-man content and as such, 10-man content has taken a backseat and is typically only done on off-days.

At present we run 25-man Raids Mon- Thu @ 6:30PM (game time).  All other days & times are "off-days." 

Progression:
25 Ulduar - FL, Razor, Ignis, XT, Kologarn, Iron Council, Auriaya, Hodir
25 Sartharion - Down with 2 drakes.
25 Naxx - Clear.
25 Mal - Clear.
10 Ulduar - FL, Razor, Ignis, XT, Kologarn, Iron Council, Auriaya, Hodir, Thorim, Freya, Mimiron, Vezax.
10 Sarth - Down with 1 drake.
10 Naxx - Clear.
10 Mal - Clear.

Membership Expectations:
Although we accept members on a social basis, we are primarily interested in recruiting Raiders to join us in our progression efforts.  We don't have strict attendance requirements, but Raiders are expected to be available for most of our Mon - Thu raids and should attend at least one progression night for each night of farmed content.  We expect that Raiders will prioritize Raiding above other activities, which means not starting a Heroic or other activity if it will conflict with Raid time.  Raiders must prioritize Censored above all else, which means that your Alts should be in guild or listed in your guild note so we can contact you if you're needed to Raid.  We expect that Raiders will be considerate and sign-up for events through Group Calendar and show-up to the raid if they sign-up.  We expect that Raiders will have deep knowledge of their class along with appropriate gear and talent distribution.  We expect that Raiders will be mature, patient, and listen to direction.  We expect that all guild members, Raiders and otherwise, will be social and fun and help their fellow members out whenever possible, whether it's in a Raid, running a Heroic, or just helping a more novice player to improve.

Attitude is paramount and a good one will take you far, while a bad one will get you the boot with the quickness.  Bottom line, no ass hats allowed.  If you are a selfish player, a loot whore, a guild hopper, an opportunist, a whiner, or in any way a bad seed, please do yourself a favor and apply elsewhere.


DKP (EP/GP):
We use EP/GP for our 25-man raids, which is intended to incent the people who attend the most.  It is a simple matter of fairness; those who contribute the most should have first choice of loot when it drops.  For those familiar with EP/GP, we have a 10% weekly Decay, a Base GP of 100, and Min EP of 10,000 (roughly equal to 1.5 weeks of full time raiding).

Death Knight -- 1 DPS
Druid -- 1 Resto
Paladin -- 1 Holy, 1 Ret
Shaman -- 1 Ele, 1 Enh
Rogue -- 1 Combat, 1 Muti
Warlock -- 1 Affl, 1 Demo rDPS (assuming sufficient gear), 1 Destro hp/replen.
Warrior -- 1 DPS

We're pretty set on all other classes & specs, but we will always consider exceptional candidates of any class.  We also accept members on a social or casual basis as long as they understand they will not likely be invited to raid and that our primary focus is raiding.
